In addition, Elizabeth offers buyers and sellers interior design expertise. Prior to her career in real estate, Elizabeth spent 8 years in interior design, eventually launching her own interior design firm. Now, she shares her staging and design expertise with her clients to help unlock potential, negotiate fair market prices, and speed up the sales process.

Elizabeth grew up in small-town Iowa, grateful to learn the value of a strong community at a young age. She graduated from St. Ambrose University with a BA in Marketing and spent her free time focused on service work and giving to others. She fell in love with Colorado during her college summer job as a counselor and director with Cheley Colorado Camps.

After spending a year working in San Francisco, she landed in Denver in 2003, grateful for a big town in small-town clothing. Elizabeth is now a proud Denverite and spends much of her time monitoring the local residential and commercial real estate markets, tracking information that will impact her buyers and sellers over the next 5, 10, 15, and 30 years. When Elizabeth is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, hiking, skiing, and exploring Denver’s robust food scene!
